We constantly struggle to maintain a lifestyle we deem "healthy". Five parts consistency, three parts drive, two parts desire.
Here's what we have tried that works so far.

Our journey so far
To varying degrees, it has been challenging maintaining a routine. Claire has been very successful in both gaining strength and achieving overall wellness. Bruno has found cardio to be a pain, and calories in feature more strongly than first thought.
We share what we have learnt, where we have failed, and what you can do to (jump)start your own journey to overall well-being.
