This 5.6% transatlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
Benediktiner Weissbier Wheat Beer
With an opalescent appearance lent by the natural cloudiness of the yeast. Its rich, white head is characterised by a good density and fine texture. The pot-pourri of aromas combines strong caramel notes, with hints of honey and fruits, chief among them bananas and raisins.
Benediktiner Weissbier Dunkel Dark Beer
A stimulating, full intensity dark wheat beer which lingers on the palate. Dry, fresh, and softly-sparkling beverage with a clear, lively character which contrasts with the intense, malty sweetness. The fine, bitter aroma lends a pleasant tension to the taste and lingers long on the palate.
